地址：上海市閔行區滬閔路8075號游樂船指令94/25/EC是為了滿足游樂船能夠在歐盟市場上自由流通，而由歐洲標準化委員會（CEN）與歐洲電工標準化委員會（CENELEC）制定出來的法規。它是以安全為主要目的而制定出來的法規。游樂船指令下細化了許多協調標準，每個協調標準對應一類產品。制造商對游樂船方面的某類產品進行CE認證時，需要符合指令94/25/EC與相應協調標準的要求。制造商的產品由歐盟委員會授權的認證機構（NB）進行認證，如果達到要求，就可以獲得《EC合格聲明書》以及在產品上加貼CE 標志——此時，制造商的產品就可以在歐盟市場上自由流通了
什么樣的游樂船（設備）可以做CE認證呢？
船長在2.5～24米之間用于運動游樂目的的船（可以是出租，或是用于游樂訓練的游樂船）。另外還包括船上的備件，它們為：
1、船內或船尾發動機的點燃保護設備。
2、發動機的起動保護設備
3、方向盤，操縱機構，電纜組件
4、燃料箱和燃料管道
5、安裝的艙口蓋和舷窗
